Coordination of logistics and transportation of temperature-controlled products

We have worked in logistics for over 50 years, organising transportation both for our own business and on behalf of third parties in order to optimise transportations in respect of the environment and whilst reducing costs. Our fleet of vehicles consists of only refrigerated trucks, which are required to guarantee the temperature during the transportation of fresh products. Our trucks are equipped with GPS locators so we are able to locate them at any time and check the temperature inside the refrigerated compartment. Our dispatchers coordinate daily transportations with companies in Switzerland and in Europe to and from Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and Holland, with the possibility of combined shipments. 

Our experience allows us to complete the activity with the following services:

• storage of temperature-controlled products
• processing of fruit and vegetables such as grading, weighing, marking and packaging
• preparation of products for shipment, including groupage freight

In addition, Villatrans, the subsidiary company, has a transhipment platform in Villafontana (Verona) at the intersection of two strategic European corridors in northern Italy.
